Good Eats

Tuesday evening we met Ron and Barbara for dinner and a tour of the Christmas lights at the Mesa Morman temple. We had so much fun and took so many pictures, I will divide it into 3 posts.

For dinner, we went to Waldo's BBQ in Mesa. It was a great choice. They may not be famous, just "almost famous."

When driving down Main, you know you have arrived when you see this pink pig at the curb.

We really enjoyed the food. Ron and Barbara had ribs, John got the brisket dinner and I had the Tennessee Sampler of two kinds of BBQ pork. Sorry, no pictures of the food. I can show you the really cute signs they have everywhere.

On second thought, maybe the signs aren't cute, they show an attitude.

This sign is right outside the restrooms.

This t-shirt reveals a new interpretation of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).

Given our choice in restaurants, we really should buy the shirt.
